The above is a shot taken by my brother in September of the Boulder field in Pennsylvania, during the Mega transect race, which he entered. Very difficult challenge and well done to him! 28 miles of trail running on mountainous terrain. Short post for now, will post again soon...Bye Jim 

Blog Update

The blog has been inactive for a long time, due to my fathers illness and death and my return to fulltime work and it's demands on my time. Now I am ready to continue on with posting. I will try to post perhaps once a month. Jim
