Winter in the Woods -- Finished Painting, Irish Landscape Art

This is my finished painting, Winter in the Woods. I'd like to think it is one of the best I have done in the last year. In painting it, I took on a subject which was at first glance, exceedingly difficult to paint, and I am happy to think that it has moved me up a level. I definitely am very happy with how it has turned out. As always, I'd love to hear feedback and comments from regular blog viewers and passersby. I will post update in next days of my next work so feel free to stop by. Thanks and Enjoy. Jim
